No special tools, no curing lamps, no masking - just follow these simple steps for a durable, high-gross ceramic finish.

Step-by-Step Guide to applying SILAZANE50

Step 1: Wash the Vehicle

Start with a thorough wash to remove dirt and loose contaminents.

  • Use the car shampoo provided. Dilute the included shampoo (100ml) at a ratio of 1:20 before use.
  • Rinse thoroughly
  • Dry the vehicle completely with a clean microfiber towel.

A clean surface ensures proper bonding of the ceramic coating.

Polish the car, if any contaminents are still left on the paint after washing.

 

Step 2: Degrease the Surface (Most Important Step)

Proper degreasing is critical to ensure proper bonding and long-lasting results.

  • Pour SILAZANE50 Degreaser onto a microfiber cloth
  • Wipe the surface panel by panel
  • Remove wax, oil, polishing residue, and invisible contaminents

Even new cars should be degreased

Spend extra time on areas where contaminents are dense

 

Step 3: Apply Base Coat (Coat #1)

This is the main ceramic coating layer.

  • Mix Liquid A, B, and C (or S) into the spray bottle provided.
  • Shake the spray bottle well
  • Spray Base Coat onto a microfiber cloth (not directly on the car)
  • Apply evenly in small sections (about half a door)
  • Wipe off immediately with a clean microfiber

⚠ Do not let the coating sit or dry on the surface

⚠ Work one section at a time

 

Step 4: Apply Top Coat (Coat #2)

The Top Coat enhances gloss, slickness, and water repellency.

  • Pour Top Coat into the spray bottle provided
  • No need to shake the spray bottle.
  • Apply using the same method as the Base Coat
  • Work in small sections
  • Wipe off immediately

Step 5: Initial Curing

  • Let your car sit and avoid water contact for 30 minutes,
  • The coating is rain-ready after 30 minutes,
  • Full performance continues to develop over time.

You can drive the car the same day.

Step 6: Let It Fully Cure

  • Don’t wash your car for at least 7 days after application.
  • You can drive your car around even in the rain during this period.
  • If you really need to clean your car, just hose the dirt off with water.
