The guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made through the official SILAZANE50 APAC online store or our authorized resellers.

No Return Necessary: If you are not satisfied with the results of SILAZANE50, there is no need to ship the product back to us. You may keep the product, and we will still honor your refund request.

2. Guarantee Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after this 30-day window are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact us with your order details. Once your request is received and verified:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that the actual timing of the credit appearing on your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.

4. Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover the following:

  • Unauthorized Sellers: Purchases made through unauthorized sellers, second-hand platforms, or private sales.
  • External Factors: Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or application errors.
  • Regional Restrictions: This policy applies only to purchases made through SILAZANE50 APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia). For orders placed in Japan or the United States region, please refer to the policies of those respective regional stores.

How to Request Your Refund Please email our support team at apac@nihoncoating.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Since no return is required, we will begin the verification and refund process immediately upon receiving your request.
