Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing SILAZANE50 APAC. We are committed to delivering our high-performance coating solutions to you as safely and efficiently as possible.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize Ninja Van and GDEX for shipments.

3. Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)

Due to the chemical nature of SILAZANE50, certain products are classified as hazardous materials.

  • Compliance: We comply with all local regulations.
  • Fees: HAZMAT items may require specialized packaging and incur additional handling fees from the carrier. These will be reflected in your final shipping quote.
  • Restrictions: Some products may be restricted to "Ground Shipping Only".

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SILAZANE50 APAC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

SILAZANE50 APAC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • We recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging immediately upon arrival to assist with the claims process.

7. International Shipping Policy

Currently, SILAZANE50 APAC only ships to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines.

  • Customs & Duties: For orders to Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. SILAZANE50 APAC is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order.
  • Shipping Method: International orders are typically shipped via Ninja Van or GDEX International Ground/Express.
